the stumpastaken candlestick is suitable for many candles, thick or thin, as well as tea lights. the question for the designer Jonas torstensson was how the burned candle remains can be reused. this is made possible through a large solid aluminium surface with a border. it made sense that the candlestick itself is also made out of residual material – recycled aluminium. it is manufactured in sweden.

the stumpastaken candlestick is available in different forms and sizes: for one, four, nine or sixteen candles. for the smaller stumpastaken candlesticks a cork bowl is also available as a stand for the candlestick whilst new or old candles can be stored in the bowl
